Hello, hello, my lovelies! It’s been a couple of weeks since our last chat, and I’ve missed you all. Lifeโs been busy as Iโve been diving deep into some profound topics, especially around affairs, which has been an intense and enriching journey for me. This topic is so layered that it might turn into two episodes!
But before we dive in, let me share some exciting news! Iโve found the perfect home for my new course and community. This won’t be just a courseโit’ll be a magical space where you’ll connect with other women on similar journeys. Imagine a community where you can share, grow, and support each other. I can’t wait to launch it at the end of the summer. Stay tuned for updates!
In todayโs episode, I want to share a unique experience from my 90-minute coaching intensives. These sessions have been transformative, not just for my clients but for me as well. I recently had back-to-back sessions with two incredible women, and their journeys were vastly different yet deeply insightful.
One client was clear about her future but needed help shedding guilt and people-pleasing tendencies, especially dealing with a “man-child” husband. The other client was struggling with deep-rooted anxiety and was unsure of her path forward. This led us to uncover that her anxiety wasn’t just about her marriage, but something much deeper.
These sessions remind me of the importance of understanding ourselves deeply before making life-altering decisions like divorce. Whether you decide to stay or go, knowing and loving yourself is key. And guess what? This self-discovery can happen even while you’re still married.
Remember, it’s not about choosing the easiest path but the one that aligns with your true self. Life is always going to be a mix of ups and downs, so choose the 50/50 that resonates with you.
I hope todayโs episode gives you some food for thought and encourages you to take the time to know yourself better. If youโre considering a deep dive into your journey, my 90-minute intensives are here for you. Letโs find your clarity together.
Don’t forget to like and subscribe to the podcastโit helps get this wisdom into the hands of more women who need it. Until next time, love you babes!
