In this episode I’ll share my journey with repressed memories and how
unveiling these and my childhood trauma has helped me develop
resilience, compassion, and unwavering strength.
I’ll touch
briefly on Complex PTSD (CPTSD) and challenge societal disbelief as I
share insights into the dissolution of the False Memory Syndrome
Foundation in 2019.
For me this is a call to arms against victim-shaming and disbelief culture.
Your
truth matters and I want to create more spaces for open dialogue and
healing so those of us who have experienced childhood trauma remember,
we are not alone.
